I tried the uklash brow serum for around 8 weeks, and yeah, I did see a few tiny hairs starting to come in, mainly at the front of my brows. So it’s not like it did nothing, because it definitely seemed to help a bit...
But the change wasn’t super dramatic. I had to be really on it every day, and for the price, I guess I just expected more somehow. It’s not a bad product, just not quite the result I was hoping for.

I actually liked the serum and my skin seemed happy with it, so no complaints there. But I already had a feeling subscription beauty stuff can be a hassle, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. The renewal came around faster than I expected, and cancelling took way more back-and-forth emails than it should have. Good product, just wish the subscription side was easier.

My order did show up in the end, but the tracking was frustrating. Like I said, it stayed on the same update for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure where the package was or if anything was happening. I did reach out to customer service and they replied, which helped a little. The product itself was fine, like I said, I just wish the delivery info had been clearer.

I’ve been buying Uklash for years and it was my go-to, but the last one I got just didn’t feel the same. It seemed weaker than usual and dried out way faster, which was really disappointing. I reached out hoping someone would follow up, but I never heard anything back, which made it even more frustrating.

I really didn’t like this. It had a strange smell right away and felt sticky on my skin, which was unpleasant. When I asked about it, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped, which made the whole experience even worse.

The return steps were simple. Easy enough to follow. But the refund took longer than I thought it would. I emailed them once. Got a reply. Not super quick, but okay.

Overall, not a bad experience. Just a bit slow. I might order again. But next time I’d check the return details first

Maybe it’s just me, but I expected the promo code to actually work at checkout. It didn’t apply, which was frustrating and felt a little misleading.

I ordered from uklash thinking it would arrive quickly, but the shipping took much longer than I expected. There weren’t many updates along the way either, so I was just left wondering what was going on. To be fair, the product itself might be perfectly fine, and if you’re not in a rush it may not be a big deal. But for me, the delivery experience was enough to make me hesitant about ordering again.

i bought it and then looked more closely at the ingredients, and it made me a little nervous. some of it seemed harsh to be using so close to my eyes, so i stopped after just a short time. i really wish the website had been clearer about the safety side of things before i ordered.

I just got my order from UKLASH the packaging left a bad taste right away. The outer box looked like it had been knocked around quite a bit, it was squashed, and there wasn’t really any proper padding inside. Even the product carton was bent, which was annoying to see as soon as I opened it.

Maybe the product itself will be fine, but since this just happened, it’s hard not to judge the whole experience by that first impression. For the price, I really expected it to arrive looking a bit more cared for, so it felt careless overall
